An extra set of hands with a whole lot of heart.

When I think of the one person in this world I’d want on my team, no matter what the project, it’s Jamie. She’s got the spirit, creativity and intelligence to turn anything I might be feeling overwhelmed or uninspired about into a fun and delightful experience. She’s helped me throw parties and made the most beautiful flower bouquets for my wedding—she’s a creative wizard, and she does it with a smile and a generosity that has me feeling loved and cared for every step of the way. I wish everyone could have a Jamie on their team!

Jamie possesses a rare combination of qualities that I don’t often see in a single person. She’s some sort of operational guru—a focused operational thinker with a keen eye for designing systems and processes that produce consistent, reliable results. And she’s a deeply compassionate and relationally attuned person. Jamie brings that deeply empathetic heart to her rigorous operational approach, and that combination makes all the difference. She has backbone, she’s willing to say the difficult things compassionately, and she sees things through.

I had surgery after an accident and was immobile for six weeks. I desperately needed help with my 15-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. I wanted a babysitter, but with Jamie, we got so much more. She crafted with my daughter almost daily, took them on bike rides, played games and basketball, and cooked healthy meals. She was able to navigate two very different personalities, finding the balance between meeting their individual needs and bringing them together. Since Jamie left, they talk about her constantly. Jamie is an absolute gem.
